Cannot say enough about how accommodating and patient Andy was in getting us a perfect plan for our vacation. He went out of his way to answer all our questions and explore all our options. The proof was in the pudding. Everything worked out just right! We are so pleased, in fact, that we already have Andy working on our adventure for next year.

We just returned from a trip Andy planned with us and it was excellent. He checked all the boxes. The hotels were all beautiful, the excursions were a lot of fun and he was available all through the process to answer our questions. I had an experience with a canceled leg of an AMTRAK trip. Andy knew about it, 24 hours before AMTRAK bothered to notify me, and made arrangements for very nice alternative transportation. THAT's customer service!

I cannot say enough on how fantastic and professional my experiences with Andy have been. He booked flights and hotel for myself and two colleagues for a business conference in Las Vegas and it was unbelievable. He got us an excellent rate and rooms overlooking the famous Bellagio fountains while we stayed in the pristine Cosmopolitan hotel. It was my first time in Las Vegas and I had an absolute blast because of Andy's planning and hard work to ensure my trip went off without a hitch. He had rides arranged for us to and from the airport in Las Vegas and we got the seats we wanted on the flights we wanted. Honestly, the experience could not have been any better than he made it. The best part was within an hour of me telling him what I was looking for as far as the trip and dates, he got back to me regarding flight times and potential hotels, laying out various options along with pros and cons following his extensive personal experiences. He makes you realize why you should ALWAYS use a travel agent, but not just any agent, USE ANDY - you will be thankful you did when your trip is over. We really enjoyed our experience with Andy's Cruise Planners for our Sandals vacation. It was a 1st for us at an all inclusive resort so we were very apprehensive and did a lot of online research reviewing the proposed location. When we landed in Montego Bay we were confronted with an unbelievable long line/mob of passengers going through Immigration and Customs. We were told it was easily a 2.5-3 hour wait. Thanks to Andy, who is a Jamaica Travel Specialist we spotted a sign with our names on it being held by the Jamaican Tourist Board officer who whisked us through to the front of the line and on to the private Sandals lounge where we were greeted with a cold Red Stripe and light snack. After only 15 minutes in the lounge we were escorted to our private van and driver who took us to the resort which was about an 1.5 hour drive. We were greeted by very attentive staff who took us to another VIP lounge and served us island cocktails while checking us in. Our room couldn't have been nicer. Newly renovated, beautifully decorated with a balcony and ocean view. Sandals as a whole more than met our expectations. Service was attentive, activities very good, food was plentiful and varied. All around it was a great trip at a great price with a great travel agent. Thanks Andy. I first interacted with Andy for a quote on a cruise. He answered each and every question, adding extra data where necessary and was patient. I went back and forth with him and my technological devices weren't working well. While I became frustrated he remained calm and swiftly facilitated my reservations all with a smile. I will be back! Had a fantastic time on the Enchantment of the Seas. The crew members were friendly, personable, and provided exemplary service. Really enjoyed the dinners at My Fair Lady restaurant. The menu changed nightly and each meal was excellent, with outstanding service to match. Although it was Labor Day weekend, the ship did not feel overcrowded. Easy to find a spot by the pool and the variety of drinks made pool time extra special. Purchasing the drink package was well worth it. Can't wait to do it again! Andy Arluck - Cruise Planners steered us on a course to the best vacation my family has ever had! Most trips hit bumps at some point, but our Costa Rica trip was planned to perfection from beginning to end, and went off without a htich. Andy suggested excursions that were perfectly suited for us. What's more, we have traveled in the U.S., Europe and Asia, using travel agents and the internet, and had priced a Costa Rica trip with our "old" agent. After I met Andy, not only did he put together a trip that was far superior in every way, but it even cost less than the one planned by our old agent. My family recently came back from a seven (7) day cruise to the Carribean. I can't thank Andy and the folks at cruise planners enough for making our dream vacation a memorable one.
From helping us to choose the appropriate destination and ship, to navigating the special needs hurdles of traveling with my 80+ year-old parents, Andy was right there with us every step of the way.
He literally handled the trip's entire itinerary down, right to the most minute detail.
There was not a single detail that Andy did not promptly tend to on our behalf, nor a question that he did not happily answer for us in a way that made the extensive planning involved less daunting.
I will be cruising again, and when I do, I will certainly book through Cruise planners.

Andy booked my cruise to Scandinavia and St. Petersburg with great patience and attention to detail. While I was pretty sure I knew where I wanted to go, I found Andy to be exceptionally helpful and he really, really followed up on the details. No detail was left uncovered, and he made some great suggestions about on shore excursions. Plus, he's a really nice guy! Wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thanks, Andy!
